Financial Analyst I

This role has been designated as ‘Office’, which means you will primarily work from an HPE office.

We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provides standard-level financial support that is analytical for a business.
- Analysis and presentation of data, followed by review with BU.
- Handles business issues of medium complexity when required.
- Supports compliance (AFM, SOX, Audits).
- Driving process standardization and supports improvements initiatives.
- Ability to support the business achieving business goals.

Cost Accounting Inventory finance scope of support
- Standard setting
- MEC & JV processing
- Legal Only Margin
- Direct Material & Book to Perpetual Recon
- SAP S4 & Fusion Reporting
- Inventory Report
- Certification Review and Reconciliation
- P&L Valuation Class Flip
- Balance Sheet Review
- System testing & Project support

**Education **and Experience Required**:

- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
- 3-5 years+ experience in a finance function
- Supply Chain knowledge, especially costing accounting will be added advantage.
- Business partnering with business management.

**Knowledge **and Skills Required**:

- Good understanding of accounting processes, AFM.
- Moderate analytical skills.
- Good communication and influencing skills.
- Good collaboration skills.
