- Monitor the route and assign pickup and delivery order to dispatch driver
- Provide customer information about orders to dispatch driver. Such as traffic, obstacles, required equipment and shipments volumes
- Monitor pickup status updated by branch before end of day
- Received call / updates from Sales or CS team and make sure information is pass to dispatch driver and record in the system

**Job Requirements**
- Preferable working experience as traffic controller / customer service
- Required skill(s): Literate in basic computer and IT skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Analytical, resourceful, organised, meticulous, responsible, problem solving skill and committed in meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication with the ability to interact well at all levels
- Responsible and committed
