Responsibilities
- Ensure timely data collection, validation, and analysis for hospital VDO projects.
- Supervise data collection from stakeholders, submitting to IHH Malaysia per schedule.
- Troubleshoot issues in VDO data collection and quality improvement programs.
- Prepare and present VDO-related reports to management.
- Support departments in VDO, quality improvement, and patient safety programs.
- Report collected data for hospital quality improvement and performance indicators promptly.
- Manage hospital incident reporting and guide hospital-wide incident reporting procedures, ensuring follow-up on actions.
- Communicate improvements to staff and management.
- Maintain self-development in presentation, change management, and quality improvement.
- Conduct regular audits according to accreditation standards.
- Assist HOD in providing guidance on patient safety and risk management duties.

Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably from hospitality / healthcare industry
- Able to provide good secretarial and functional support.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, organized, discreet, trustworthy, proactive and mature personality
- Computer literate
