Clerk (Warehouse)

**URGENT**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Generate delivery order from SAP and issuing gate pass.
- Data key in and database keeping for all GTN in SAP system.
- Make arrangements with storekeepers for daily delivery of finished goods to the customers according to Sales Order.
- Issue GTN for goods transfer from production to warehouse location.
- Assist storekeeper to update store plan (stock location).
- To perform general office works such as typing, photocopying, filling, supply forms, labels and etc or any assignment duty from superiors.
- To monitor and daily update the daily on-hold report.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by management from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education**:

- Minimum qualification of **SPM** or equivalent.

**Work Experience**:

- Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in **warehouse and logistics operations**.
- Familiarity with **products, systems, and practices** related to manufacturing or supply chain processes is an added advantage.

**People Management & Soft Skills**:

- A strong **can-do attitude** with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent **communication skills** in both written and spoken language.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively across departments.

**Technical & Job-Specific Skills**:

- Solid understanding of **manufacturing and operational processes**.
- Capable of compiling accurate **reports and documentation**.
- Able to perform general **administrative office duties** as required.
- Experience using **SAP or similar ERP systems** is highly desirable.

**Physical & Work Environment Requirements**:

- Physically fit and able to work in a factory setting, including standing or walking for extended periods.

**Work Location**:

- This position is based at SENAI, Johor Bahru.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
