Treasury and cash management is a key section within Finance Operations, providing frontline services to key stakeholders with day-to-day interactions with various frontline teams servicing key stakeholders. The department provides the backbone upon which payment and collection services are provided to customers and agents. Various interactions with parties within Company are expected, including internal and external auditors and service providers.

**Key Accountabilities and Performance Measures Impacted**:
1. Management of daily collection cycle
- Perform and implement key controls in daily collection cycle.
- Involvement in the day to day treasury management of the Company.
- Ensure key finance related requirements are met.
- Perform month end closing.

2. E-Credit Management
- Support e-credit management role which involve SIKR claims payment.
- Support month end closing.

3. General accounting
- Raise journal vouchers for all the collection and payment related entries including fund transfer, bank charges & etc.

4. Monitor and review reconciliation of sub ledger to general ledger
- These include bank reconciliations and collection reconciliation.
- Reconciling items are expected to be cleared on regular basis.
- Maintain processes to ensure that processes surrounding sub ledgers are appropriate for proper transfer into the general ledger.

5. Risk management and procedures
- To support/assist supervisor of Treasury and Cash management in establishing and/or maintaining risk management practices within the Finance Operations, in line with the various risk and compliance guidelines as released by the corresponding section in the Company.
- Continuously support the team in process workflow improvement initiatives

6.Provide support for various projects which requires involvement of treasury & cash management, including but not limited to development of new products and change of business rules.
- Assists to performing User Acceptance Test.

7. To support supervisor to cater ad hoc queries raised by stakeholder.
- Assists to perform checking and verification on ad hoc queries raised by stakeholder.

8. Other ad-hoc activities deemed necessary to support Finance functions.

**Qualification and Experience**

2. Working experience in the related field will be an added advantage.
