Job Summary:

The Senior Treasury Executive plays a critical role in managing the company's liquidity, banking relationships, and fund flow across multiple construction projects. This position involves overseeing treasury operations, optimizing cash management, supporting strategic funding decisions, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. The role requires close collaboration with project teams and senior management to support the company's financial health and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage daily and monthly cash flows to maintain sufficient liquidity for construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts aligned with project and corporate requirements.
  • Optimize surplus funds through short-term investments balancing liquidity and returns.
  • Manage banking relationships and oversee fund transfers, Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and other treasury instruments.
  • Oversee loan drawdowns, repayments, interest payments, and maintain accurate debt records.
  • Ensure compliance with loan covenants, internal treasury policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present treasury MIS reports, cash position updates, and fund utilization statements.
  • Coordinate closely with project management, procurement, and accounts teams for aligned funding schedules.
  • Support special projects related to funding strategies and capital raising initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounts or related field.
  • 5–8 years of treasury or finance experience, preferably in construction.
  • Proven track record managing treasury operations and banking relationships.
  • Candidates with knowledge of Mandarin will have an added advantage in supporting communication with Chinese partners, banks, or stakeholders.
