Remote, Malaysia PACED LEARNING ACADEMY Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule online classes for teachers and coordinate with students and parents to ensure smooth class operations.
- Set up and manage virtual assessment rooms using Zoom, including sending out invitations and ensuring technical setup is optimized for the best assessment experience.
- Prepare and distribute debriefs after assessments to teachers, students, and parents, highlighting key outcomes and next steps.
- Generate and send monthly invoices to parents and customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Handle incoming phone calls, providing courteous and effective customer service, and making outbound calls as required to address queries or follow-ups.
- Maintain organized records of all communications, schedules, and transactions to ensure smooth operations and easy reference.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage multiple communication channels effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in using digital tools and platforms, including Zoom, social media, and office productivity software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
- Flexible work schedule, able to accommodate the dynamic needs of the enrichment centre, including weekends or evenings as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
