We are Catering Company located at Puchong. Now we open vacancy one of my outlet at Botanic Klang. We looking Experience Sous Chef who can handle our Club house coffee House.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to day activities of Sous Chef and take responsibility for the supervision of Kitchen Team during and reporting to direct our Executive Chef.
- Inspect all incoming products ensuring all quality standard set by the Company Policy.
- Ensure the efficient and smooth running of the kitchen
- Promote and maintain good working relationships throughout team
- Able to perform evaluations during probationary periods
- Ensure an effective stock rotation procedure
- Manage and control food costs
- Take action to minimize wastage at all stages of food production through controls, keeping records and making reports as required.
- Inspect all incoming products ensuring all quality standard
- Ensure all foods in fridge’s and freezer are stored as per health department regulations
- Assist in the responsibilities of ordering

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
