**Job Summary**:
Accountable for the performance of day-to-day inventory functions within Supply Chain Management (SCM), including providing inventory expertise to internal customers, replenishment of inventory goods and determining appropriate inventory levels taking into consideration internal lead times, economic order quantity, future demand, safety stock, service levels, and valuated inventory.

**What You Will Do**
- Manage /maintain stock policies & materials and buy sell parts to meet delivery targets.
- Prepare complex materials analysis; integrating supply/demand views, customer forecast, inventory positions, new products launches, and change of model or BOM.
- Work closely with purchasing & relevant stakeholders to determine right level of raw materials requirement. Drive solutions and escalate for support where necessary.
- Perform MRP Generation daily.
- Process purchase request for materials from approved suppliers twice a week.
- Communicate materials delivery schedules & expedite required materials.
- Follow up on outstanding open orders not meeting targeted material supply plans.
- To attend and organize weekly SIOP meeting along with Purchasing, Warehouse and Planner.
- Manage and organize monthly and yearly cycle count activities.
- Provide value added ideas and processes to complete task more efficiently.
- Prepare and ensure accurately and timely delivery of weekly & monthly reports.
- Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as & when required.
- Overtime might require during month end closing, yearly inventory count, or other urgent requirement.
**What You Will Bring**
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Good planning and organizational skills, cultural awareness & team player.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Minyak Industrial Park.
