**Job Summary**:
The Intern Logistics will assist the Logistics Superior in coordinating and optimizing logístical operations to ensure the efficient and timely movement of goods and materials. This position will provide support in various aspects of logistics, including inventory management, transportation coordination, and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in Inventory Management:

- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate storage and retrieval of inventory items.

2. Coordinate Transportation Activities:

- Assist in arranging transportation for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status.

3. Documentation and Record Keeping:

- Assist in preparing shipping documents, please specify specific documents related, if any
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, transportation activities, and other relevant documentation.

4. Provide Administrative Support:

- Assist in responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding logistics-related matters.
- Support in generating reports and analysis related to logistics performance.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
