**Responsibilities**:
- Support the company in its overall goals and objectives in alignment with aspects of Human Resource functions.
- Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company in its day-to-day operations.
- Responsible on executing HR policies and procedures.
- Handling of Renewal of insurance, office equipment, office maintenance, letter preparation, etc.
- Prepare HR related correspondences and documentation in accordance to HR practices such as Letter of Employment, Warning, termination, Memo, policy and etc.
- Monitor leave, staff medical claims and monthly expenses claims etc.
- Support IT function.
- Handle employee disciplinary issues and grievances. Provide advice or counselling or disciplinary action in accordance with company policies and regulation.
- Recruitment, including but not limited to the handling of job interviews, job ads, and resignation handover.
- Implement performance review procedures.
- Monitor and purchase for office groceries, stationery, uniform, safety shoes, gloves, etc.
- Updating of company rules and Employee Handbook and revise where necessary.
- Maintain and ensure implementation of proper policies, Employee Handbook, working procedure and other rules and regulation.
- Handling of matters relating to SOCSO and insurance of employees.
- Updating of employees' information.
- Ensure legal compliance in the company's HR related matters.
- General administration of the Company, prepare letter and agreement for Sales & Marketing department.
- Investigate and conduct counseling section to handle employees' disciplinary issues.
- Monitor and handle employees' attendance including leave, lateness, early out etc.
- Respond to, manage and verify all staff purchases request.
- Prepare monthly attendance, leave stationery, staff purchase and others report, and ensure completed and submitted before the dateline.
- Liaise with government bodies, agencies or 3rd parties for any hr related activities.
- Verify and proceed for the employee’s overtime claim.
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances.
- Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.
- Ad Hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior or management.
**Requirement**:
- Preferable to have at least 2-3 years of working experience as a HR role in the Human Resources Department.
- Good knowledge in Labour Law, Employment Act, HR Cycle and any other statutory regulations.
- Pleasant disposition, have good interpersonal & communication skills, keen learner with good attitude, self-motivated, resourceful, organized and responsible.
