Reporting to the Director
**Scope of Duties**
- Check and follow up on collections, resolve billing issues and discrepancies to ensure cash flow requirements are met
- Reconcile AR ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Ensure proper document filing
- Prepare management accounts with tax computations and tax schedules
- Prepare accounts for audit and liaise with auditors
- Prepare budget and forecast
- Evaluate and analyse variations in accounts
- Guide and support the clericial team
- Any other duties as assigned by superior
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM with credits in English and Maths
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Accounting field
- At least LCCI Level 3, diploma or CAT and its equivalent
- Tax knowledge will be an advantage
- Can meet datelines and work under pressure
- Punctual and committed to the Team environment
- Must be able to work independently
