A. Minimum Education Requirement
- Degree in any discipline

B. Minimum Relevant Work Experience
- 3 years customer service experience

C. Relevant Sales and Technical Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience

D. Training / Facilitation
- Minimum 2 years of experience

E. Minimum Training Required
- Fast learner and independent
- Basic Facilitation Skills

F. Skills
- Minimum bi-lingual proficiency, tri-lingual and above is preferred. English and Japanese Language proficient (at least N2 level).
- Can multitask between running classes and conducting administrative tasks

G. Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience as corporate trainer
- Team supervision experience for at least 1 year
- Training Needs Analysis
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Good analytical skills/ data driven
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training
- Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and PowerPoint); e-learning software will be an asset
- Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Critical thinking, analytical and decision making abilities
- Can adapt to dynamic changes
- Willing to work B&M

- Design effective training programs
- Prepare training materials
- Conduct training and refreshers in English Language
- Support and mentor new employees
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor, analyse & train trainees’ performance and call out any unusual trends
- Identify training needs by working with operations team and QA
