Job Descriptions - Ensure that all repairs preformed meet the company’s quality standards - Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices - Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts - Reassemble complete device - Provide recommendations for problem resolution - Ensure that clients receive the highest level of customer service - Keep track of inventory and customer devices - Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of store and repair stations - Maintain positive work environment - Support productivity by ensuring all request are handled in a timely manner - Have the ability to work unsupervised while prioritizing and delivering timely, high quality work Requirement - Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills - Exceptional organizational skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays NO NEED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED Benefits - EPF | SOCSO - OT - Medical claim - Annual Leave Operation Hour: Sunday - Saturday 10am - 10pm
Appointed as key service center for Samsung Malaysia, Ranked No.1 in Malaysia (SmartPhone) for Total Repair Volume. OMC now has 7 fully-operational Branch Service in Ipoh Centre (Northern), 3 in Kuala Lumpur(Centre), Selangor(Centre), Malacca(Centre Southern). 2 in Penang(Northern). Trained and experienced staff strength of 100 pax. Currently with service volume of approx. 6000- 7000 units per month.
