**Job Title**:HPWJ SERVICE TECHNICIAN / HPWJ HYDROJETTER**

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Report to regional operational Manger/ Managers.
- Prompt respond to service calls/ mail requests and whenever setup/ testing and commissioning required on sites or company’s premises.
- Manage the service requested complete in time required by clients.
- Communicate and organize service by third party service teams if require.
- Operate and maintain handheld high-pressure water jetting guns and related equipment.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on water jetting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, ensuring mínimal downtime and adherence to safety standards.
- Report to related sales representative/ production manager and quality control team
- as soon as service task is completed.
- Collect feedback from customers related to performance and quality aspect of
- product and report to production manager for product quality improvements.
- Expenses involved in the process must be reported prior to the process and follow
- instructions from Operation Manager.
- Report to company’s Malaysia office whenever free from service process and follow
- instructions from superintendent.
- Schedule and manage regular visits to key customers listed by Operation Manager.
- Ensure at following company policies and safety standards.
- Always represent the Company in a professional manner, through presentation, preparation and behavior
- Collaborate with the Service Manager and other team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Conduct on-site service and repairs at client locations as required.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment for various projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Work Arrangements**:
1. **Contract term for 12 months** and good personal development opportunity for permanent position in the organization

2. This position will be based in Subang Jaya, Selangor

4. Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm with One (1) hour lunch break

5.**Probationary Period
- 6 months**

**Qualifications & Experience**

1. A certificate/Diploma/Degree in relevant mechanical engineering field and/ or relevant working experience

2. Any relevant certificates or licenses and trainings is advantageous/beneficial

**3. Experience as a jetting operator who have done hydro demolition work and other HPWJ Project work using hand held high pressure water jetting guns will be HIGHLY CONSIDERED**

**4. Experience in the industries of ** **High-pressure water jetting, High pressure jetting pumps, centrifugal pumps, industrial cleaning robotics, automation and tooling will be HIGHLY CONSIDERED**

**5. Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Malay language**

**Salary Range**

RM3,000 to RM4,500 (Gross/Basic - Not yet adding allowances & benefits provided)
