Data Center Lv Chargeman

**Requirement**
- SPM/STPM or Diploma/Degree in Property Management/Business Administration/Engineering or other equivalent fields.
- Certified as minimum AO Chargeman by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the operations of high voltage systems.
- In-depth knowledge of the Electricity Supply Act 1990 and its regulations.
- Competent with the usage of various types of building equipment and has sufficient knowledge to fix and operate without danger.
- Familiar with first aid, resuscitation, and treatment of electrical shock.
- Technologically savvy and computer literate.
- Able to work shift hours is a must.
- Great communication skills are necessary as this is a client facing role.
- Ability to work independently and make logical decisions.
- Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint basic level.
- Independence with strong leadership and team player
- Self-driven, positive attitude, and team player.

**Responsibilities**
- Be responsible to ensure the low voltage (LV) room, switchboards, standard electrical equipment and machines are in good working condition including periodic inspection of the assigned properties.
- Carry out monthly inspections on the checklist for the HT room and testing of the Generator set.
- Assign technician(s) to his/her/their daily tasks and ensure that these assignments are completed on time.
- Ensure all on-going works are carried out in accordance with the drawings and submitted specifications, Fit Out Manuals as well as enforced rules and regulations.
- Ensure tenants’ electricity meters are read and calculated accurately.
- Monitor execution by contractors/vendors appointed and ensure the works are in accordance with terms and conditions specified in the purchased order issued/services and contract agreement.
- Ensure tenants' enquiries and complaints are attended to and resolved with the best solution within the shortest time possible with minimum cost. Advice on electrical and technical should be given when necessary.
- Ensure electrical installations and equipment are monitored, checked and serviced in accordance with the schedules.
- Monitor, evaluate and review building electrical monthly consumption as well as the cost of utility usage.
- Verify electrical and mechanical items purchased for stock-up and usage.
- Carry out analysis to ensure continuous electrical supply to the building and to minimize breakdown.
- Study method and recommend to save costs and improve building operational systems and propose to Facility Manager.
- Ensure licensed facilities and equipment comply with authorities' acts, regulations, and requirements as well as ensure the permits are valid.
- Submit all required reports to Suruhanjaya Tenaga and liaise with authorities on all electrical-related matters.
- Verify contractual/one-off jobs to ensure these have been carried out accordingly.
- Supervise monthly Visiting Engineer during the inspection of electrical equipment.
- Supervise monthly Firefighter contractors during the inspection of firefighting equipment.
- To conduct monthly testing for all the firefighting equipment including testing of the PA system, fire control panel, lifts, roller shutters etc.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or the management.
- Liaise with users/customers on project related operational matters
- Provide support for Audit
- Any other duties or projects as assigned by the Management
- To execute emergency operations procedure (EOP)
- To manage preventive maintenance
- To manage corrective maintenance
- Incident root cause analysis
- Execution according to maintenance plan
- Data center house rule and policy enforcement
- To manage / support Data center project
- Data center facilities capacity management
- Data center network infrastructure capacity management
- To monitor level1 building regular checking
- To keep Data Center facilities in healthy
- Reporting preparation and management
- To support all kind of audit (ISO27001:2013, PCIDSS, TIA942, Uptime, LEED, SOC)
- To monitor and evaluate DC facilities performance and efficiency
- To maintain Data center uptime and customer SLA
- To support improvement activity

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
