**Job Purpose**

The Line Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations on the production line to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. This role involves supervising line operators, monitoring production targets, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Production Supervision**
- Lead, guide, and motivate production line operators to achieve daily output and quality targets.
- Ensure production schedules are followed and any issues are promptly escalated.
- Monitor workflow and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency.

**Quality Assurance**
- Ensure all products meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct routine checks on production processes and finished goods.
- Report and address quality deviations immediately.

**Workforce Management**
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to operators.
- Train and mentor team members on work instructions, safety, and best practices.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of team members.

**Health & Safety Compliance**
- Ensure all team members comply with workplace safety guidelines.
- Identify and report potential hazards and unsafe practices.
- Participate in safety drills and ensure proper use of PPE.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum SPM.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and safety practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
