**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Identify and prospect potential customers, including homeowners, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
Provide personalized product recommendations and design solutions based on customers' needs, preferences, and budget.
Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and quality of our kitchen cabinets.
Guide customers through the selection process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry to final purchase.
Prepare accurate and detailed quotations and proposals, taking into account customization options, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen cabinet industry or related field.
Strong understanding of kitchen cabinet materials, finishes, hardware, and installation processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexible and adaptable to changing customer demands and market trends.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
