**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Provide general admin & sales support** — manage calendars, expenses, office supplies, CRM updates, and sales records.

2. **Coordinate & communicate** — act as liaison between sales team, clients & other departments; arrange meetings, appointments, travel; issue quotations & follow up with customers.

3. **Drive sales & solutions** — help achieve sales targets by tracking activities, preparing reports, providing technical product training, and identifying areas for improvement.

4. **Ensure safety & compliance** — follow HIRARC practices, use PPE, support OHS procedures, and maintain safe work standards.
