Job Summary
The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functions in a live seafood business environment. This includes handling documentation, coordinating logistics, managing records, supporting finance-related tasks, and ensuring timely communication between suppliers, logistics, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage daily office operations, filing systems, and correspondence.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate supplier, customer, and inventory records.
- Ensure proper documentation for shipments, import/export activities, and customs clearance.
- Coordinate office and operational supplies, including packaging materials and logistics equipment.
Operations & Logistics Coordination
- Support logistics arrangements for live seafood deliveries and shipments.
- Liaise with cold storage facilities, transporters, and suppliers to ensure timely operations.
- Assist in monitoring stock movement and updating management on inventory status.
- Work closely with quality control and warehouse teams on product handling and compliance.
Finance & Reporting
- Handle petty cash, billing, and assist in basic bookkeeping.
- Use Auto Count system for data entry, inventory, and accounting-related tasks.
- Prepare administrative and operational reports for management review.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Specialized Training: Computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Auto Count software will be an added advantage.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
