**As our Account Executive, you will be responsible for**:
**1) Financial Reporting and Operations Management.**
- Oversee the company’s financial reporting structure both internally and externally, ensuring timely and accurate monthly and yearly closings.
- Manage daily finance operations, including treasury, banking, and working capital.

**2) Budgeting, Forecasting, and Asset Management.**
- Lead budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
- Manage the company’s assets, monitor foreign currency exchanges, and provide accurate financial forecasts to guide decision-making.

**3) Compliance and Internal Controls.**
- Liaise with auditors, corporate secretaries, and tax agents to ensure effective statutory and regulatory reporting.
- Enhance internal controls and continuously improve financial policies and processes.

**4) Team Leadership and Special Projects.**
- Manage, develop, and lead the finance team.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments, special projects, and business presentations as needed to support organisational goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position with experience in handling a full set of management accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in accounting software such as XERO.
- Proficient in verbal and written use of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Highly detailed oriented individual with good time management.
