Graduate Architect
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Able to work on extra hours and travel when necessary and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge in 3D modeling & rendering software & CAD drafting and project management.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, Sketch-Up, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, experience with Revit would be an advantage.
- Good commands in English & Bahasa Melayu (verbal and written).
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibility
- To take any/other tasks personally directed by the Directors
- Conducts feasibility studies and Prepare design proposal and report;
- Liaise with Client Representatives & Consultants to ensure that Project Objectives are met;
- Develop and present project proposals
- Manage design projects from concept development
- Adjust designs and plans in alignment with business development requirements
- Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Conduct research and compile reports on feasibility and environmental impact
- Comply with safety standards and local planning regulations
- Determine and adhere to timelines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
