**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (M&E) to join the KSPC POOL & SPA (M) SDN BHD' team. This is a full-time position based in Selangor. As the Site Supervisor (M&E), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects.

**What you'll be doing**
- Supervise and coordinate the work of tradesmen and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards
- Manage and monitor on-site resources, including labour, materials and equipment, to optimise productivity
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Provide regular progress updates to the project management team
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address concerns and maintain strong relationships

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and construction-related software
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
