We are seeking a Site Supervisor with Building Maintenance Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to manage site operations, coordinate workers and subcontractors, and ensure works are carried out according to schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements. In addition to site coordination, the candidate must also be capable of handling paperwork, documentation, and reporting related to site progress and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor planned maintenance, scheduled maintenance, and corrective maintenance to ensure facility systems and building assets are functioning efficiently.
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks and ensure works are carried out according to SOP, safety practices, and quality standards.
  • Receive, record, and assess complaints, requests, or feedback from school representatives, teachers, and building users.
  • Convert feedback into actionable work orders and ensure timely response and resolution.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team, subcontractors, and vendors to arrange repair works, inspections, and follow-up actions.
  • Track and update maintenance logs, work orders, service records, and materials consumption.
  • Monitor maintenance progress and provide status updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to identify potential issues before they become major defects.
  • Ensure compliance with building safety regulations, work permits, and company procedures.
  • Escalate unresolved or high-impact issues to the Project/Facility Manager for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in building construction or similar supervisory role.
  • Familiar with architectural, structural, and M&E coordination.
  • Basic knowledge of construction materials, sequence of works, and QLASSIC/industry workmanship standards.
  • Proficient in paperwork, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and basic site documentation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess CIDB Green Card (advantage).
  • Able to travel to project sites when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
