We are seeking a responsible and proactive site supervisor to join our team. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and upholding safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To maintain attendance report and update by daily.
- To compile, record, photostat, file and send back all the Delivery Order (DO) and other related document to HQ at least once a week.
- To generate attendance report and compile day work summary for general workers by fortnightly.
- To generate attendance report & compile Overtime submission for all site staff to proceed Project Leader’s approval and send to HQ by monthly.
- To receive and distributing of incoming documents for the office with proper record of distribution.
- To ensure a proper filling system, record of files, documents and etc, is maintained and updated for quality records from time to time.
- To assist in office equipment / assets maintenance, stationery requisition, control and distribution.
- To assist in the implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) and integrated management of financial processes that affect the operations of other departments.
- To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- A year of working experience is preferably.
- SPM/Diploma in any related field
- Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of construction/ site operations is helpful
- Able to keep clear and organized records

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Site Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CIDB green card (preferred)
