Type: Full-time | On-site[Text Wrapping Break]

**Mandatory: Need Insurance domain experience**

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and execute data migration strategies from legacy to target systems.
- Define and maintain data mapping, transformation, and validation rules.
- Lead technical teams through data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Perform data reconciliation, quality checks, and post-migration validation.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery within timeline and budget.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to data migration teams and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8 to 15 years of experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering.
- Hands-on experience with data migration tools, ETL frameworks, and large-scale data environments.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modelling, and database management (Oracle, MSSQL).
- Experience with ERP or insurance system migrations is highly advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
