**Job Summary**

**Responsible for daily operational activites, ensuring smooth business operations including managing departments expenses and account reconcilation.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Managing department accounts‘ reconciliation.**:

- **Assist the Head of Department in performing administrative functions and in overseeing the day to day running of the department**:

- **To assist on department ad-hoc report internal/external.**:

- **To assist in monitoring department’s expenses**:

- **To support with issuance of receipts for motor and non-motor premium payment made by dealers or Franchise holders.**:

- **To undertake such other duties relating to Department’s function and objectives as may be directed by the Superior from time to time.**

**Key Requirements**
- Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
- Must be good in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Have a strong sense of commitment and teamwork
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
