**Position overview**:
allnex is welcoming you to join us as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist for our Global C&B Team In this role, you will support the global compensation & benefits team by performing data analysis, as well as providing professional-level support on job evaluation, job documentation, support annual compensation process (such as salary ranges, merit grids, reporting, etc), special studies, preparation of communication material, training of administrators, development of procedures, preparing data and participation in surveys, audits databases and benefits benchmarking by country.

**Responsibilities**:
- Support global total rewards in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits processes and systems, including training and communication.
- Support global total rewards in compensation and benefits analysis and recommendations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Support C&B processes like salary planning, bonus planning, and benefits.
- Lead and drive participation in global salary surveys.
- Analyze costs and competitive trends in cash compensation programs.
- Document and evaluate positions up through middle management (including employee salary analysis & recommendations).
- Prepare employee communications material.
- Assist with any projects within the Comp & Ben arena.
- Act as the first point of contact for general compensation questions.
- Perform compensation audits to maintain integrity and adherence to compensation program guidelines.
- Assist with improvement in HRIS system (SuccessFactors).
**Required skills and experience**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a global compensation and benefits role, with a solid knowledge in global compensation practices.
- Possess excellent analytical skills and detail-oriented.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) and good command of English.
- Good planning and time management skills.
- Extended user of MS office tools (excel is a must).
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS system is an added advantage.
- High level of interpersonal and inter-cultural skills.
- Able to take initiative and act as a self-starter.
- Good team player.
**Qualifications**:
- A Degree in Human Resources, Finance or Law.
