Location: Petaling Jaya / 3 months contract

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage all Compensation & Benefits (C&B) administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all related matters.

  • Provide critical administrative for the annual rewards cycle, including participating in remuneration surveys, data consolidation, and review.

  • Administer the annual review cycle, utilizing budget simulation programs to prepare and present appropriate increment and bonus guidelines.

  • Maintain and update HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure all rewards-related data is accurate and readily available for analysis and reporting.

  • Assist in the administration of performance management programs, company benefits, and rewards systems, helping to ensure they align with organizational goals.

  • Ensure timely updates and communication of company rewards and performance management policies and procedures.

  • Support the implementation of rewards strategies to maintain market competitiveness.

  • Provide administrative support for various rewards-related client solutions and recommendations.

  • Perform other relevant administrative and HR tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Minimum degree in HR or relevant degree.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in Administration or Human Resources, preferably in Compensation & Benefits.
