About the Role

Join Padini Holdings Berhad as part of our Compensation & Benefits team, where you'll play a vital role in managing payroll operations and employee benefits administration. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in HR functions while supporting the company's workforce and organizational goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform timely and accurate payroll administration, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies;
  • Prepare, compile, and submit various payroll reports and records to relevant authorities and departments.
  • Participate in planning and implementing projects and programs to enhance payroll efficiency and system effectiveness.
  • Coordinate the annual performance assessment, salary review, and bonus administration processes.
  • Support audits and reporting activities related to compensation and benefits.
  • Undertake any other assignments or duties as directed by your superior.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or any other relevant field;
  • Preferably candidates with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
  • Creative, self-starter, aggressive, posses good analytical skills, can do and positive mindset;
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, high team spirit and able to communicate effectively with all levels of people;
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel;
  • Good in mathematics with logical thinking;
  • Interested in working with figures and doing analysis;
  • Maturity in thinking and problem solving.
