  • Work closely with stakeholders to support the business strategy, ensuring the right organization structure, formulating and driving the right HR strategies to achieve targets.
  • Promote, educate and cultivate company culture aligned to company values and make efforts to create a cohesive working environment.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to effective implementation of human resources initiatives, policies and procedures, including compliance, employee on-boarding and exiting, performance management, training, compensation, and employee safety.
  • Provide opportunity for employees to develop through mentoring, cross-training, professional associations, committee and task force assignment and skill assessment programs.
  • Manage and develop individual HR staff to help them achieve full potential and deliver consistently high-performance standards.
  • Identify recruiting prospective candidates using variety channels by implementing effective sourcing, screening and interview techniques.
  • Research and develop recruitment leads.
  • Ensure timely processing of accurate payroll reports and prepare HR reporting for analysis purposes.
  • Ensuring close monitoring of overall staff costs are within the approved budget.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism with all points of contact.
  • Show a good attitude in carrying out your duties and do your job to the satisfaction of the management.
  • Be on time for work and carry out your duties in a manner commensurate with the position you are holding.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Group with excellency.
  • Carry out with excellence any other duties as assigned.

Your profile:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a related field with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Good organization skills and structure with focus on accuracy and details.
  • Eloquent in English, and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Be authentic and passionate to work for a cause.
  • Confident, sociable, persuasive when presenting ideas.
  • Independent, yet able to work in teams (regionally) with positive work ethics.
  • Resourceful, driven and has an ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Creative, excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgement, solve problems quickly and effectively.
