**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Reports to Quality Assurance Manager.

2. Responsible for execution and maintenance of QMS.

3. Responsible for handling and reply complaint from customers in timely manner.

4. Responsible to plan, coordinate and perform internal audit activities.

5. Responsible to plan, coordinate and perform Supplier Quality Assessment activities. Verify non-conformance report from customer, and ensure prompt issuance, record and.

6. Distribution of MRR/NCR to relevant internal parties.

7. To evaluate and verify effectiveness of Corrective / Preventive Actions in NCR reply.

8. Perform quality data analysis for continuous improvement activities.

9. To ensure all scrap parts are disposed as per Scrap Procedure.

10. Maintain in 5's.

13. Any other responsibility which may be assigned form time to time by Department Head.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
