Customer Support Specialists are problem solvers at heart and dedicated to providing effortless customer experiences. They expertly troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer issues for all Linode products and services. Their functional purpose is to foster an environment in which customers can learn, grow, and be successful.
**Become a trusted advocate for customers**
In this role, you are the first point of contact for a wide variety of customer issues. It is your job to ensure customers get the help they need timely, accurately, and with sincerity.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Having excellent communication skills and the natural ability to earn our customer's trust.
- Being familiar with all Linode products, services, and systems both technically and operationally.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to communicate and coordinate solutions for customer issues.

- Be customer focused and act with our core values in mind, always.
- Demonstrate knowledge of software/hardware troubleshooting, Linux, and fundamental computing concepts.
