Requirements:
1. Passionate in baking.

2. Maintain the quality and standard operating procedure of the product produced and have follow Company requirements.

3. Practice good hygiene and cleanliness of baker compartments.

4. Flexible to work according to timetable includes weekends and public holidays

5. Self-disciplined, good initiative and work independently.

6. Vibrant and motivated team spirit.

Description:
1. Perform and support daily Pastry and Bakery operation procedures based on reservation covers on daily forecast.

2. Responsible to opening bakery in the morning / evening.

3. Creating, preparing and setting out pastries, fresh loaves of bread and baked good by following a set of receipe.

4. Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.

Location : Melaka

Working day : 6 days

Working hours : 9hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are required to wear a mask, common surfaces are sanitized regularly and vaccination requirements.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Baking: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
