**Company Background**:
MNC who is leading the digital transformation of energy management and automation in Homes, Buildings, Data Centres, Infrastructure and Industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- To deploy both above-the-line and below-the-line marketing activities, which include Events, Webinar, Advertising, Press Relation, Thought Leadership, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Point of Sales material support etc.
- Collaborate with Sales, Channel and Offer marketing to develop and execute holistic marketing communication campaigns that are well aligned to the core business strategy and overall brand strategy
- Undertake a methodical and data-driven approach to facilitate post campaign analysis and global process compliancy
- Assist in quarterly marketing activity review, provide analyses and interpretations of campaign data and market insights to identify key drivers for campaign improvement
- Assist to promotes agility and scalability thru a shift from traditional to digital marketing and continuous learning from new approaches.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree holder
- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing and Communications
- Highly proficient in oral and written English
- Digital savvy, creative, energetic and passionate about communications and people engagement
- Hands on experience in handling both above-the-line and below-the-line marcom tactics including advertisement, event management, direct marketing, public relations, social media marketing and digital marketing.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
