**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to promote Fipper products in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide information on product features, benefits, and promotions
- Demonstrate and assist customers in trying out Fipper products
- Assist with managing booth operations, including restocking and tidying up displays
- Support in processing payments and handling cash and card transactions
- Assist in creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the holiday spirit
- Maintain product knowledge and keep up with promotional events or offers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable engaging with a diverse range of customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctual, reliable, and able to commit to the full duration of the event
- Able to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, including Christmas Eve and potentially other holiday dates

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Expected hours: 60 per week
