Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of inbound operations. Checking purchase orders, products received, inventory, and ETA deliveries for efficiency and accuracy. Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation. Monitor Inbound admin productivity, efficiency, and accuracy of all processes. Review all documents for completion and clarity. Review and prioritize inbound receiving. Frequently interacts with subordinates, and peer groups at various management levels. Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution. Maintain a clean and orderly working area to 5S standards. Ensures inbound team operates within inbound SOP guidelines. Ensure all Inbound team are well informed of all processes, SOP procedures & guidelines. Ensure inbound team follow all safety guidelines. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
