Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Policy Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company HESQ policies, safety principles, guidelines, and standards.
- Process Improvement & ISO Standards:
Oversee the implementation and ongoing enhancement of HESQ processes based on ISO standards and Product Stewardship.
- Committee Participation:
Serve as the Secretary for the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Committee, as required by regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance:
Support the enforcement of safety practices, quality procedures, manuals, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Process Support:
Execute key HESQ activities and provide specialized support for the improvement and implementation of related processes.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
Coordinate and follow up on HESQ-related matters with other departments, functions, and regional teams.
- Task Monitoring & Project Execution:
Assist in tracking assigned tasks and supporting the execution of HESQ-related projects and improvements.
- Management Liaison:
Collaborate closely with management to support and execute HESQ-related initiatives and tasks.
- Data Analysis & Documentation:
Analyze data, manage legal and corporate HESQ documentation, and support the execution of management systems.
- Performance Indicators:
Monitor and analyze key HESQ performance indicators, including updates in relevant government reporting systems.
- Training & Safety Briefings:
Conduct safety training sessions and briefings for internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Emergency & Crisis Management:
Participate in emergency preparedness and crisis management activities in alignment with HESQ protocols.
- Community Engagement:
Work with the HESQ community to promote high standards and achieve a zero-accident workplace.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar HESQ role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards and regulations.
- Proficient in risk assessments, incident investigation, and emergency response planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
