We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Marketing & Admin Executive** to support our hospitality group’s marketing initiatives and administrative coordination. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative marketing work and structured office support. You’ll assist with content scheduling, social media coordination, and internal documentation across our hotel brands.

Working Schedule: Hybrid / Work from home and meetings in-person

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Support**
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Coordinate with the design/content team for visuals, photoshoots, and posting timelines
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media
- Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and audience engagement
- Maintain asset folders (photos, videos, brand guidelines) across hotel brands

**Administrative Support**
- Organize internal documents, records, and schedules
- Coordinate marketing invoices, petty claims, and expense tracking
- Support communication with vendors, influencers, or media partners
- Assist in preparing meeting notes, plans, and follow-up task tracking
- Update marketing calendars and SOPs as directed

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business Admin, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; **fresh grads are welcome** with portfolio or internship proof
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Canva, Facebook/Instagram, and TikTok
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in **English** (written and spoken); **Mandarin** proficiency is an added advantage
- Based in Klang Valley and able to attend in-person meetings in Mont Kiara weekly
