**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls and use social platforms to welcome new customers, persuading them to purchase our product.
- Develop strategies to find potential customers through various channels, adjusting based on industry trends.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competition, adjusting strategies to achieve monthly targets.
- Seek feedback from customers to optimize future acquisition strategies.
- Handle rejections and provide alternative approaches in challenging situations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in telesales or a related function.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is a must.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Results-driven with a focus on exceeding acquisition targets.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
