**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a technology strategy aligned with overall business objectives and transformation goals.
- Regularly review and update the strategy to adapt to market trends, regulatory changes, and evolving business needs.
- Conduct research on market trends, technology developments, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain alignment on technology strategies.
- Benchmark the organization’s technology against industry peers and make recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare clear and persuasive presentations for senior management and the board.
- Streamline processes using advanced communication tools and data insights to improve collaboration and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategy within a global organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into technology solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Industry experience in financial services, insurance or technology management is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM250,000.00 - RM300,000.00 per year
