Front Office Ambassador

**_Job Description: _**
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online, walk-ins & phone reservations
- Welcome guests upon their arrival, assign rooms & know-how the process of front desk
- Provide information about our hotel, facilities and places of attraction
- Liaise with housekeeping department to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and ready for guest
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
**_Job Requirement: _**
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin will be added advantage
- Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Hospitality, presentable & Record Keeping
- Salary package will commensurate with qualification and experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
