**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Phone operator ** - Telemarketing - call follow-up on existing and/or new patient database Tele consultation
- Manage patient complaints.

**Salesforce CRM System**
- Patient registration. - Appointment scheduling.
- Appointment management. - Demand / Supply evaluation.
- Change/reschedule appointments whenever necessary Appointment reminder & confirmation.

**Administrative **-Paperwork eg. consultation/follow-up/call log notes, etc.
- Patient follow-up Statistics and Reports. Salesforce CRM System
- Patient registration.
- Appointment scheduling.
- Appointment management.
- Demand / Supply evaluation.
- Change/reschedule appointments whenever necessary.
- Appointment reminder & confirmation. Administrative
- Paperwork eg. consultation/follow-up/call - log notes, etc.
- Patient follow-up
- Statistics and Reports

**Requirements / Qualifications:

- **
- Able to speaks, read and write in Mandarin, English and BM.
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
- 2-3 years customer service experience
