**_Responsibilities_**
- Ensure the training needs is align with the business goals and business needs.
- To study and review the related training program in line with the business objectives and needs
- Plan and develop effective training calendar and maintain proper employee training records
- Develop related and relevant training programs/modules (including but not limited to tutorial material, On-Job-Training (OJT), behavioral competency assessment, competency based assessment ) from time to time in accordance to the individual needs, current business needs and market needs. Cater to both physical and virtual training platforms.
- Conduct internal training/workshops, including but not limited to new hires orientation
- Organizing training and development events at respective regions or nationwide basis.
- Coordinate with external training vendors to develop training courses and programs.
- Revise and implement training policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly reports (TNA, Cost Analysis, budget plan)
- Involve in the overall career development planning and assist in succession planning.
- Involve in pre and post training logistic.
- Assist in talent management activities such as talent identification, assessment and roll out of talent development interventions.
- Devise and monitor L&D budget in ensuring the budget is utilized effectively.
- Manage all HRDF and finance related processes which includes timely approval of grants and claims, timely payment to training vendors
- Conduct regular training needs analysis with line managers to determine gaps and propose solutions improving performance to meet specific training needs.
- Conduct evaluations on training session to identify areas of improvement.
**_Job Requirements_**
- At least 5 years of proven experiences in Training and Development is required
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Proactive team player.
- Skilled in designing competency-based tests is preferred.
- Has impressive presentation skills and public speaking skills
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills, detailed orientated, meticulous and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent time management skills especially in meeting deadline.
- Good business acumen and strong awareness.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft 365.
- Experience in Plantation industry or agriculture sector would be an advantage.
- Required to travel to travel to Regional Offices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
