**Technician / Handyman responsibilities include**:

- Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, and managing maintenance repairs.
- Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment or appliances.
- Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
- Regularly check community spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns including HVAC system and electrical appliances
- Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems.
- Ability to safely use common power and hand tools.
- Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems.
- Able to do the welding job for basic fabrication.
- Conduct performance assessments of company appliances.
- Provide clients with support and guidance on maintaining their equipment.

Job requirement:

- At least 1 year of working experience in the construction or Handyman-related field.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and able to multi-task.
- **Malaysian citizen only** [with valid MyKad].
- Must be willing to work in **Public University at Gombak, Kuala Lumpur**.
- Posses own transport.
- Self-starter with good time management skills.
- **Female technicians **are welcome to be stationed at female hostel.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
