Typical Duties A CHEF FOR ARABIAN INDIAN CUISINE is responsible for creating menus, designing corresponding recipes and overseeing the preparation of those recipes. She also manages all department employees, including Sr. Range Chef, Range Chefs, dishwashers and bussers. A CHEF FOR ARABIAN INDIAN CUISINE tracks the department's inventory, places orders, monitors equipment maintenance and condition, and ensures that a department operates alongside state and federal health and safety codes. Palate The CHEF FOR ARABIAN INDIAN CUISINE has a sophisticated, trained palate and is responsible for tasting and modifying recipes for the menu; therefore, he needs to perfect each recipe in flavor and appearance. He is responsible for tasting batches of food as they are prepared to ensure their quality. Leadership The main role of a CHEF FOR ARABIAN INDIAN CUISINE is to lead the department staff more than 8 different cooks and chefs, and the CHEF FOR ARABIAN INDIAN CUISINE needs to be confident in her managerial and leadership skills.
