**Job Scope**
- Understand business needs by gathering and defining detailed test cases that meet project testing requirements.
- Create comprehensive test cases for new products, features, modifications, and bug fixes.
- Execute test cases and accurately record test results in the Test Management Tool.
- Develop and prepare test data necessary for test execution.
- Perform thorough manual and automated testing of new software builds against defined acceptance criteria and test cases.
- Document QA testing results and findings meticulously and comprehensively.
- Evaluate test results, perform retests, validate fixes, and close relevant issues as appropriate.
- Exhibit a strong desire to learn and stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and technologies.
- Communicate findings and updates clearly and concisely to all relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers to explore and expand test automation processes.
- Automate tests based on acceptance criteria and test cases, ensuring critical paths are covered and maintaining minimum overall test coverage.

**Qualification**:

- Good command of spoken and written English and Malay.
- Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar is also preferred.
- Experience is welcome; fresh gradates are also encouraged to apply.
- **Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese is mandatory.**
