IT Internship

3. Creation of ticket to log the request.

4. Initial response to incident reported by user.

5. Basic assessment of the request or incident.

6. Categorize priority and category of the request or incident.

7. Provide support to users within agreed SLA by:
a. Perform tasks requested by user.

c. Perform remote troubleshoot using remote desktop access tool.

d. Escalate to level 2 or onsite engineer to troubleshoot or resolution if the remote troubleshoot not successful.

e. Escalate to appropriate department or authorized personnel required to resolve the user request or incident.

8. Track outstanding calls & work orders.

9. Contact users informing them of request progress and escalations.

10. Next level escalation to resolve issues if not possible within the time frame defined in the SLO.

12. Product support:
a. Microsoft user windows 10 & 11.

b. Microsoft server windows 2018 and latest.

c. Linux operating system.

13. Work hours: Monday to Friday (exclude Public Holiday) 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm.

14. Assist in any other ad-hoc task assigned by your superior or management.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,100.00 per month

- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
