Responsibilities:

  • Execute manual test cases under guidance from senior QA.
  • Log and track bugs using Trello.
  • Perform functional, UI, and smoke testing.
  • Support regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Assist in preparing UAT scripts and documentation based on system requirements.
  • Help maintain and organize the test case repository.
  • Work closely with developers and consultants to understand requirements.
  • Support documentation and contribute to user training materials.
  • Collaborate with the system support team for user training.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of hands-on experience in software testing
  • Basic understanding of SDLC and software testing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured testing procedures.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn QA methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira.
  • Basic exposure to Swagger / Postman for API testing and SQL for data checks.
  • Experience with academic or internship projects related to software testing.
  • Awareness of browser developer tools or test automation fundamentals.
