**Sales Administration**

Provide sales support - Assist administrative tasks including preparing sales documents, quotes and contracts.

**Order Processing**
Responsible for order processing and invoicing.
Prepare and send invoices to customers accurately and timely.
Manage the order fulfillment process, including order entry, tracking and ensuring timely delivery.
Address customer billing inquiries and resolve any billing issues or disputes.

**Database Management**
Maintain and update outlet databases and sales records promptly.

**Coordination**
Coordinate between sales, production and logistics to ensure smooth operations

**Communication**
Communicate effectively with other departments.

**Problem solving**
Identify and resolve issues related to sales administration and billing

**Organization**
Maintain organized records and files to ensure efficient retrieval of information.

Perform other ad hoc duties as required by immediate superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma / bachelor's in business administration, Sales or Marketing
- Requires 1-2 years of working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Points) tools
- Preferably Junior/ Senior Executive specialized in sales admin/Office Admin.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
